DIRECTIONS TO SOMARTS:

if you're coming from the I-5 north from Southern California
head West on the 580, which will take you to the I-80 and the Bay Bridge

From the East Bay: Take the Bay Bridge (I-80) to San Francisco. Take the 9th Street exit, stay in the left-hand lane of the ramp and take the quick left turn that splits off from the exit before you reach the intersection. You are now on 8th street. Continue down 8th Street across Bryant. Stay to the right. Turn right onto Brannan St Both the SOMARTS and the UN Parking lot will be on your right. From the South Bay: Take Highway 101 North to San Francisco. Take Junction 280 to Downtown San Francisco. The freeway ends at Brannan Street. Turn left and drive approximately 5 blocks until you reach 8th Street. Both the SOMARTS and the UN Parking lot will be on your right in the next block. From the North Bay: Take the Golden Gate Bridge (Highway 101) to Lombard Street. Turn right onto Van Ness Avenue. Continue South along Van Ness (approximately 2 miles) and cross Market Street. Turn left onto Mission Street. Go East on Mission to 8th Street, turn right. Go approximately 10 blocks. Turn right onto Brannan Street Both the SOMARTS and the UN Parking lot will be on your right.
